Rosellen (Gridley) Westerhoff is an artist who has spent a large part of her life out in nature and in the close company of animals. One of her greatest enjoyments is to convey the emotions and insights she has gained from these experiences into her artwork.  One of her proudest achievements has been to become an associate member of the Society of Animal Artists.  In 2012, her colored pencil drawing “Bellus Equus” was honored with the Director’s Award for the Ex Arte Equinus 5 International Equine Art Exhibition.
